Kuma & Hachi reserves the right to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.

Kuma & Hachi will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products once payment is accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt.

Important Notice

Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during the duration of delivery. From our side, we will ensure that the package is wrapped properly and securely to avoid any damages. The policy is not applicable to:

a.) Frozen or chilled food
b.) Expired products while they expired in customer’s possession after purchase

Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with the goods you have received. Refund of items must be carried out within 7 days of receiving your order. (Please attach a minimum 3 clear photos of the damage or the defect photo of the product bought and one clear photo of the parcel label. Do state clearly which product and explain the damage or defect incurred)

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item is received. We will evaluate the issue and fix it immediately.

Non-returnable Items

All returns are subject to the evaluation and decision of Kuma & Hachi. Products that have been consumed more than 15% will not be accepted. Kindly get in touch if you have more questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

Refund

If the refund has been approved and confirmed, our company's standard processing time for refunds will be made via payment gateway in between 10 - 14 business days. Please note that this timeframe is subject to variations depending on the online processing time and other factors beyond our control.
